These mushrooms are super easy to make, quick, and delicious!
Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

1 pound pork sausage
36 large fresh mushrooms
1 3 oz. package cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheese
1 tsp crushed red pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in skillet until brown, stirring until crumbles. Drain well and return to skillet. While sausage is cooking, wash mushrooms and dry with paper towel. Remove stems. Place mushrooms on an untreated baking sheet, stem side up. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and pepper to the cooked sausage and melt. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Makes 36 servings.
