introducing mia margaret :)

I'll go ahead and warn you now that this post is FULL of pictures!  All cute of course :)
Better late than never that I introduce my precious niece, Mia Margaret Spingola!  She was born on October 17 and is doing great.  Little Mia and her brother Michael are here this week for Christmas and we are having so much fun with them!

We arrived in Dallas the day before Mia's birthday and were greeted with a home cooked meal by Michael himself!  He was serving us all kinds of food he cooked in his new kitchen.

It was such a beautiful day outside so we went outside to play and do boy things and give him our undivided attention as an only child one more day :)

The farmer and his sister, Ashley looking very good considering she was soon to give birth!

the day had arrived!

Uncle Matt kept him entertained!

Dad came out to let us know she had arrived :)

Michael finally got to meet his little sister!  He was a little unsure at first, but loves her now!

Welcome to the world Mia Margaret Spingola!

Uncle Matt had one job - to entertain big brother :)

Well, I'm glad you got to meet the cutest little addition to our family!  We are so happy to have them home for the holidays.  Christmas hasn't happened yet with the farmer's family - our brother in law was on call during Christmas so he'll be in Friday for Christmas so we have more fun to come!

a new direction but a fun one!

About two years ago, as most of you know, the physical doors of Park Street Market closed as I had finished my Masters Degree and my mother-in-law was about to have her first grand baby that was six hours away - long story short...life happened. I couldn't fathom closing it completely and never having anything else to do with it. I opened up an online boutique, but didn't dedicate a whole lot of time to it because I was trying to figure out a new direction. I was doing quite a bit of custom home decor ordering, doing a little bit of invitation ordering, but ultimately not keeping up with the website. I've kind of been in limbo on what direction to take next.

Fast forward four months ago when my mom and I began talking about vinyl design and purchased my first vinyl machine. It took me a while to get my creative juices flowing again and I now absolutely love it! I decided maybe I had finally found a new direction for my little home based business :)

It's been fun coming up with new ideas and business has picked up through Facebook and word of mouth. I am getting all the details worked out on what I'll be offering as far as colors, etc and plan to update my website finally!

I will still offer other personalized items as needed such as personalized stamps, etc. and I am still doing some custom decor ordering for people wanting to remodel their house or just need a home makeover. I still love that aspect, but refocusing :)

Now I have a challenge for you! I am throwing around the idea of renaming Park Street Market since I am no longer on Park Street and am doing more personalized items. If you have a great idea for a new name and I use your idea or part of your idea I'll send a free personalized tumbler your way :) A win win for both of us!

You can email your ideas to whitneylkelly@gmail.com.
